It started in a small kitchen in Zebdine Branch — a handful of recipes passed down through the years, fresh ingredients sourced every morning, and a simple promise: every dish leaves the kitchen the way we'd cook it for our own family. Word travelled fast, and before long, that little kitchen had become a place where neighbors became regulars, and regulars became family.

Rebuilding, Together
The war tested our community in ways we never expected. But when the dust settled, we made a choice — not just to reopen, but to grow alongside the people who had stood by us the whole way. In 2026, we opened our doors in Habbouch Branch, not simply as a new branch, but as a promise: that good food, good company, and a little bit of noise in the kitchen would return to the tables that needed it most.
